I went muchroom huntin on Monday and found 50 "Spike" mushroom (Also known as Pecker-heads) because of their shape. It was the first time I've been this year and I did pretty well. Not as well as my brother, who went out and found 400 mushrooms. He must have a secret spot he's not telling me about. Anyways, I fried up the mushrooms I found, along with some blue gill (Fish) I had and made me a Good O'l Fried food dinner!!
Fun! I used to go mushroom hunting in the fall every year when I lived in Oregon. A lot of different kinds of mushrooms grow there. My favorite type is Morels :)
